Late Arrivals:
We can provide clients a 15min grace period before needing to reschedule the appointment. Please be advised, depending upon the schedule clients arriving 15mins after their appointment time may only be able to be serviced for the remaining allotted service time.
Reschedule/Cancel:
Clients are able to reschedule or cancel their appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before their scheduled service. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the service time will forfeit the deposit. Appointments cancelled day of service will forfeit deposit and incur a same day cancellation fee. Clients needing to reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of service will need to cancel the current appointment and will be required to book another appointment and pay a new deposit.
No Call/No Show
Failure to cancel your appointment or notify Essential You Day Spa via phone that you are unable to come will result in being charged 100% of service price and/or may prevent you from being able to schedule future appointments.
Shipping
Standard shipping is 7-10 business days after processing. Processing is 1-3 business days. We do not ship products on any major holidays observed by USPS.

Due to the nature of the services offered, services are non-refundable.
Products cannot be returned to the shelf after they have left Essential You Day Spa due to COVID-19 and the nature of the product; therefore, refunds and exchanges are not permitted.
